AGENDA ITEMS 2.1 Public Hearing to Receive Input from the Public with Respect to the Issuance of up to $128,000,000 of General Obligation Bonds, if Approved by Eligible Voters at a Special Bond Election to be Held on November 3, 2026, to Provide Funds for Repairing, Completing, Acquiring, Constructing or Renovating Open Space, Natural Habitat, Parks, Community Trails and Recreational Facilities and Other Facilities Under the Charge of the County, and the Potential Impact that Such Projects Will Have on the Private Sector 2.2 Public Meeting to Provide Members of the Public Desiring to be Heard an Opportunity to Present Arguments in Favor and Against the Proposed Issuance of up County Council Meeting Agenda October 6, 2026 to $128,000,000 of General Obligation Bonds, if Approved by Eligible Voters at a Special Bond Election to be Held on November 3, 2026, to Provide Funds for Repairing, Completing, Acquiring, Constructing or Renovating Open Space, Natural Habitat, Parks, Community Trails and Recreational Facilities and other Facilities Under the Charge of the County ADJOURN
