- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE PAROWAN CITY SIGN CODE October 7, 2026 - 6:00 PM Parowan City Council Chambers - 35 E 100 N., Parowan, UT 84761 Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, the Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Parowan City Council Chambers, 35 E. 100 N., Parowan, UT, to receive public comments regarding proposed amendments to the Parowan City Sign Code. An attachment with details will be posted next week. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted this 25th day of September, 2026.
