- MEETING NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Council will hold a work session on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at Kaysville City Hall, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, Utah. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening 2. Continued Discussion Regarding Amendments to Kaysville City Code ยง17-31-3, Internal Accessory Dwelling Units, to Comply with Senate Bill 284 Regarding Detached Accessory Dwelling Units 3. Adjournment No council action will be taken at this meeting. While the work session is open to the public, no public comment will be taken.
