- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Downtown East Streetcar Sewer Public Infrastructure District Board of Trustees Public Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF DOWNTOWN EAST STREETCAR SEWER PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON OCTOBER 26, 2026, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 9:00 A.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on May 7, 2026 2. Consider approval of the Quarterly Expenditures D. Action Items 1. Consider accepting the Second and Third Quarter Financial Statements 2. Consider adoption of Resolution 2026-03, Amended Governing Documents 3. Consider adoption of Resolution 2026-04, Removal of Inactive Board Members 4. Consider approval of the 2027 Tentative Budget 5. Consider approval of the 2026 Tentative Budget Amendments 6. Consider approval of the Snow Jensen & Reece Engagement Letter establishing a flat annual fee for a base scope of district administrative work E. Administrative Non-Action Items F. Other Items From Board Members G.
