- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Olympia Public Infrastructure District No. 1 - 7 Board of Trustees Joint Public Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF OLYMPIA PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 - 7 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON OCTOBER 26, 2026, AT 6461 WEST CRYSTAL PEAK LANE, HERRIMAN, UT 84096 AT 11:00 A.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on July 27, 2026 2. Consider approval of the Quarterly Expenditures for PID 1 & 2 D. Action Items 1. Ratification of Resolution 2026-09, Appointing Blake Button as a Trustee 2. Consider accepting the Third Quarter Financial Statements for PID 1 & 2 3. Consider approval of the 2027 Tentative Budget for PID 1 & 2 4. Consider approval of 2026 Tentative Budget Amendments for PID 1 5. Consider approval of the Snow Jensen & Reece Engagement Letter establishing a flat annual fee for a base scope of district administrative work E. Administrative Non-Action Items F. Other Items From Board Members G.
