- CITY COUNCIL WORK MEETING- Amended September 2, 2026 5:30 P.M. The City Council meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at the City Office, 10 North Main Street. The City Council Chambers may be an anchor location for participation by electronic means. The agenda will consist of the following items: I. Call to Order II. Agenda Order Approval III. Administration Agenda - Mayor and Council Business o Constitution Week Proclamation. Mayor Nelson - Staff Comments IV. Business Agenda Staff 1. Consider purchase of Police K9 Vehicle in the amount of $52,090. Jimmy Roden/ Darin Adams 2. Consider purchase of Service Body for 2027 Chevy in the amount of $54,266.88. Mike Phillips 3. Consider purchase of Masticator in the amount of $84,850.04. Mike Phillips 4. Fiddlers Canyon Trail Extension UDOT Agreement. Bill Maxwell/ Kent Fugal 5. Consider purchase of budgeted Broom Sweeper in the amount of $372,005. Eric Witzke/Ryan Marshall 6. Consider bylaws for new committee. Mayor Nelson V. Closed Session 7. Imminent Litigation.
