- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a special meeting on the 17th day of September 2026. At the City Hall, 58 S. Main St, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 4:00 p.m. Agenda 1- Call to order. 2- Roll call. 3- Discussion and consideration of street closure on Friday, Sept. 25th for Lotus Car Show from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Adjournment I, Traci Bishop, Helper City Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 17th day of August 2026 at City Hall, helpercity.gov, and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such a meeting.
