- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting on the 1st day of October 2026. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 p.m. Amended Agenda 1- Call to order. 2- Pledge of Allegiance. 3- Roll call. 4- Public Comment. 5- Approval of the minutes from the September 3, 2026 meeting, and the September 17, 2026 special meeting. 6- Discussion and consideration of closing Main Street for the Electric Light Parade on December 4th and 5th. 7- Discussion and consideration of closing Main Street for the Lights on Ceremony on Nov. 27th. 8- Discussion on new game fence near Highway 6 and within Helper City limits. - Colton Taylor 9- Discussion and consideration of Vialytics proposal in regard to road maintenance. 10- Discussion and consideration of termination of Helper Saturday Vibes contract. 11- Discussion and consideration of applying for the AIA Design Assessment Team Grant. 12- Discussion and consideration of property exchange near parcel 1A-1358-0000, Spruce Street, and 6th East Street. - Jyl Bosone 13- Discussion and consideration of new phone systems for city buildings. 14- Discussion and consideration of updating policy manual. 15- Discussion and consideration of purchasing fertilizer. - Public Works 16- Discussion and consideration of a UDOT grant for electric vehicle charging stations. Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads. Possible closed session. Adjournment I, Traci Bishop, Helper City Recorder, do hereby certify the above notice and agenda was posted on the 28th day of September 2026 at City Hall, helpercity.gov, and the Utah Public Notice Website. The agenda was provided to the media at least 24 hours before such a meeting.
