- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA HARVEST VILLAGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1-2 COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF HARVEST VILLAGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1-2 WILL HOLD A COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING ON TUESDAY, OCTOBER 6, 2026, AT 4006 N RIVER ROAD, SALES GALLERY, HEBER CITY, UTAH 84032 AT 1:00PM This meeting is open to the public and may be joined using the following information https://zoom.us/j/97994701118?pwd=qD36avce85ipAuVg7xkTEECCMyoM0T.1 Meeting ID: 979 9470 1118; Passcode: 799512; Call in number: 669-900-9128 A. B. C. D. E. Call to Order Preliminary Action Items 1. Consider combined board meeting for Harvest Village Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-2. Consent Items 1. Approve the draft minutes of the Harvest Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-2 board meeting held on December 15, 2025. Public Comment Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District. Comment will be limited to three (3) minutes. Action Items 1. Approve and ratify the Agreement for Municipal Advisory Services with Zion Bank executed on September 1, 2025. 2. Consider Approval of Resolution 2026-01: A Resolution of the Board making a finding that the District has obtained consent of 100% of the surface property owners within the boundaries of the District to the issuance of not to exceed thirty-five million dollars ($35,000,000) of limited tax general obligation bonds and that there are no registered voters within the boundaries of the District; authorizing the posting of a notice of this resolution; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this resolution; and related matters. 3. Consider approval of Resolution 2026-02: A Resolution of the Board of Trustees authorizing the dissolution of the Harvest Village Assessment Area (the 'Assessment Area') approving a Notice of Dissolution of the Assessment Area and release of Assessment interest, authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this resolution; and related matters. F. F. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Annual Board Training - Open and Public Meetings Act (https://training.auditor.utah.gov) 2. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any public infrastructure business.
