- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE EMERY COUNTY FIRE PROTECTION SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT EMERY COUNTY, UTAH PPUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Emery County Fire Protection Special Service District will meet at 5:30 p.m. on April 17th, 2023, in the Emery County Courthouse located at 75 East MainStreet, Castle Dale, Utah in the Box Conference Room. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Discuss/Approve/Deny: Approval of minutes for March 2023 meeting. 2. Discuss/Approve/Deny: UFRA comments and business. 3. Discuss/Approve/Deny: Fire School Friday 4. Discuss/Approve/Deny: Forestry, Fire and State Lands comments and business. 5. Discuss/Approve/Deny: BLM comments and business. 6. Discuss/Approve/Deny: Budget Update. 7. Update on pierce's old 412 (Brittany) 8. Update on old 422 (Chase) 9. Discuss/Approve/Deny: Fire Truck Replacement Project. Phase 3 Update: 10. Discuss/Approve/Deny: Fire Truck Replacement Project. Phase 4 Update: 11. Discuss/Approve/Deny: MOU Homework between the city and county? 12. County Training Committee. (Scott) 13.
