Summit Vista Subdivision 1st Amendment - A request to adjust the boundaries between Lots 1 and 2 and amend the configuration of the stormwater easement, located at 7269 W. Summit Vista Lane, Petersboro, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. 2. Housley Brothers Subdivision 2nd Amendment - A request to adjust the boundaries between Lots 1 and 2 and create an agricultural remainder, located at 11800 N. 1600 E., Richmond, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. Regular Action Items 3. Public Hearing (5:35PM or soon thereafter) - Public Infrastructure - Clean Slate Services Rezone - A request to apply the Public Infrastructure (PI) Overlay onto a 40.00-acre parcel, located at 5500 W. 3000 N., Petersboro, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. 4. Public Hearing (5:45PM or soon thereafter) - Willow Valley 7 Rezone - A request to rezone 7.54 acres, located at 4600 S. 1200 W., Hyrum, from the Agricultural (A10) Zone to the Industrial (I) Zone. 5. Public Hearing (5:55PM or soon thereafter) - Willow Valley 24 Rezone - A request to rezone 24.86 acres, located at 4800 S. 700 W., Hyrum, from the Agricultural (A10) Zone to the Industrial (I) Zone. 6. Public Hearing (6:05PM or soon thereafter) - Cache County Smithfield Gravel Pit Mineral Extraction Overlay Rezone - A request to apply the Mineral Extraction and Excavation (ME) Overlay onto a 71.71-acre parcel with an existing gravel pit, located at 6800 N. Highway 91, Smithfield, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. 7. TriStar Ranch CUP - A request to amend a previously approved, but not recorded, CUP to create and operate a Recreational Facility (Use Type 4100) and a Boarding Facility (Use Type 6200) on 14.56 acres located at 3776 N. 2400 W., Benson, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. 8. Pre-Slaughtered Animal Processing Facility Ordinance Amendment - An amendment to Cache County Codes Title 17, §17.07.030 and §17.09.030 to create a use type that allows for facilities that focus on the processing of wild game and other pre-slaughtered animals. 9.
