- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rush Valley Town Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah. AGENDA 1. Pledge of Allegiance and Roll Call 2. Approval of Meeting Minutes - July 22, 2026 3. Sheriff's Report 4. Mayor's Recognition Award 5. Consideration of Rocky Mountain Power Franchise Agreement 6. Consideration of an Ordinance Enacting a Property Disposal Policy for Surplus Assets Owned by the Town of Rush Valley 7. Review of Insurance Policy 8. Clover Church Ongoing Expenses and Funding 9. Approval to Purchase Display Cases for Clover Church 10. Approval to Hire Contractor to Haul Road Base 11. Approval to Purchase Emergency Lights and Accessories for New Brush Truck 12. Fire Department Report 13. Council Reports 14. Safety Topic 15. Payment of Bills 16. Public Comments 17.
