- CITY OF NORTH SALT LAKE CIVIC EVENTS COMMITTEE MEETING NOTICE & AGENDA SEPTEMBER 22, 2026 6:00 PM Notice is given that the City of North Salt Lake's Civic Events Committee will hold a meeting on the above noted date and time at the NSL Public Works building located at 642 North 400 West, North Salt Lake, Utah. Some committee members may participate electronically. The following items of business will be discussed; the order of business may be changed as time permits: AGENDA ITEMS 1. Welcome and Introduction 2. Public Comment 3. Upcoming Event Planning and Incorporation of America's 250th Anniversary in 2026 a. NSL Nights Out & Vendor Fair: Bolder Way Forward/ Ladies Night - Sept 14 (Chair ~ Elizabeth Miller) (recap) b. NSL Nights Out & Vendor Fair: Latino Celebration - Sept 21 (Chair ~ Angie De Leon) (recap) c. NSL Photo Contest - began in August. Entries due Sept 25. d. 5K Zombie Run and Spooktacular - Oct 24 e. Veterans Day Senior Lunch Bunch - Nov 11 f. Winter Lights Fest - Nov 30 g. Other(s) 4. Public Works Update 5. City Council Updates - Councilmember Tammy Clayton 6.
