Please state your name for the record and limit remarks to three (3) minutes. The Council appreciates your participation. In accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, the Council may ask questions or provide brief responses but cannot take action or engage in substantive discussion on items not listed on the agenda. 4. Councilmember General Comment/Declaration of Conflict of Interest 5. Future Fire Restrictions (discussion) 6. Consider for Approval: Resolution 2026-11 Interlocal Agreement with the Town of Bluff for Building Inspection Services (discussion/action) 7. - THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO ATTEND ALL CITY MEETINGS Monticello City Council holds meetings on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, unless otherwise posted, at the Hideout Community Center, 648 S Main, beginning promptly at 7:00 p.m. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, anyone needing special accommodations to attend a meeting may contact the City Office, 587-2271, at least three working days prior to the meeting. City Council may adjourn to closed session by majority vote, pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-4 & 5.
