- 1 NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE DAVIS COUNTY BUDGET COMMITTEE PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Davis County Budget Committee, Farmington, Utah, will hold a Committee Meeting at 61 S Main Street, Room #306, Farmington, Utah, commencing at 1:00 PM on October 9, 2026. All meetings are open to the public and held in Room #306 unless otherwise noted. Times are approximate and subject to change. OPENING 1. ROLL CALL 2. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES AGENDA ITEMS 3. Commission Office - 1:00 PM - recommended by Carrie Batte, Office Manager 4. Animal Care - 1:30 PM - recommended by Michelle Hicks, Director 5. USU Extension - 2:00 PM - recommended by Emma Parkhurst 6. Budget Wrap Up - 2:30 PM - recommended by Scott Parke, County Controller CLOSED SESSION If needed, the meeting may be closed for reasons permitted under Utah Code Annotated ยง52-4-205.
