- Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Council will hold a Work Session and a City Council Meeting on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, beginning at 6:00 p.m. All meetings will be held at the Woodland Hills City Center, located at 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, unless otherwise announced. Work Session During the Work Session, the City Council may discuss agenda items and receive informational presentations. No formal action will be taken. 1. Update on City Grants: Ted Mickelsen 2. Discussion of August 2026 Financials and Check Disbursements 3. Discussion of Proposed Amendments to City Code Title 10 and Title 11: Wayne Frandsen 4. Recommendation to City Council on Request for a Change in Zoning from R1-2 to R1-1 for 125 East Mountain Vale: Wayne Frandsen 5. Update on Fundraising Project for Pickleball Court 6.
