- Agenda PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Highlands Improvement District will hold a Regular Board Meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2026, beginning at 5:30 p.m., at the District Office, located at 2401 East 6175 South. Invocation: Public Comments: (Items not on agenda - comments limited to 3 minutes. No motion will be made.) (1) Review minutes of August 20, 2026: correction or approval. (2) Unfinished business of previous meeting's discussion: Rate Study findings after confirming engineering budget projections. Mr Fred Philpot from LRB to follow up with Board members (3) Review and Approval: August financials- Billing Register Summary, YTD financials, August Balance Sheet and Check Register. (a) Discussion to approve August 2026 bills. (4) Staff Reports: (a) Water Quality Report: Matt Sorensen to brief (b) 2026 Projects: Osmond Dr - meeting w Contractor, Montgomery, this week (c) Admin: (d) Public Relations: (e) Employee H/R Discussion: Review updated Employee Handbook and approve or make added changes (7) Possible Closed Meeting - (Concerning Pending & Threatened Litigation, Purchase or Sale of Real Property, Security, Deployment or Personnel Issues).
