- 1 NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE DAVIS COUNTY BUDGET COMMITTEE PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Davis County Budget Committee, Farmington, Utah, will hold a Committee Meeting at 61 S Main Street, Room #306, Farmington, Utah, commencing at 9:00 AM on October 5, 2026. All meetings are open to the public and held in Room #306 unless otherwise noted. Times are approximate and subject to change. OPENING 1. ROLL CALL 2. APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES AGENDA ITEMS 3. State of Finances - 9:00 AM - recommended by Scott Parke, County Controller 4. State of Human Resources/ HR Department - 9:45 AM - recommended by Shawn Choate, Director 5. Sheriff's Office - 11:00 AM - recommended by Kelly Sparks, Davis County Sheriff CLOSED SESSION If needed, the meeting may be closed for reasons permitted under Utah Code Annotated ยง52-4-205.
