- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Council will hold a work session at 5:30 pm and their regularly scheduled meeting at 7:00 pm on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at the Hooper Municipal Building located at 5580 W 4600 S Hooper, UT 84315.
