Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Denise Groves at 435-843-4717 prior to the meeting. 1.Call to Order 2.Roll Call 3.Public Comment 4.Presentations & Informational Items MCOT and Crisis Services Evaluation Follow-Up, Kelton Couperus/FeliAnne Hipol Kelton and FeliAnne will present the recent program evaluation of Tooele County's Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT). They will share key findings from recent qualitative and quantitative data regarding community crisis services, highlighting evaluation methodology, performance metrics, community feedback, and service outcomes to inform future planning and guide ongoing service enhancements. 5.Approving the Minutes 6.Department Updates SUMH Audit, Peter Clegg An update will be provided on the upcoming Substance Use and Mental Health (SUMH) audit scheduled for October 5, 2026. All required desk review documentation has been completed and uploaded, and this update will outline final readiness and next steps. Non-Medicaid (NM) Programs - Credible EHR Transition Update, Anthony Gibson An update will be provided on the department's transition to Credible, our new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for Non-Medicaid (NM) programs highlighting progress with system implementation, testing, key workflow updates, and the upcoming timeline for full onboarding. 7.Discussion Items Department Policy Manual Development and NM Monitoring, Peter Clegg An overview of the department's Policy Manual will be presented, highlighting its role in administrative and clinical compliance. The discussion will focus on how the manual serves as an operational baseline and how it will evolve as the department expands its NM monitoring responsibilities. The department welcomes council feedback, questions, and input on its future scope. Maximizing Member Input & Future Topics, Cami Clark/Peter Clegg A discussion to align the council's core purpose and priorities. Members will share input on what they would like Human Services to explore further, key community service gaps, and topics they wish to learn about from community partners. Members will also have the opportunity to share topics they are interested in bringing to an upcoming meeting. 8.Roundtable 9.Adjournment
