- Daniel Planning Commission will meet on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 7 PM for their regularly scheduled meeting at the Wasatch County Services Building, 55 S 500 E, Heber City, Conference Room B. Public Comment for items not on this agenda (Please limit to 2 minutes) 2. Summary of Daniel Town Council meeting of August 3rd, 2026 3. New business license: 1. Curbside RV & Home Maintenance, LLC 2. Skoops LLC 4. PUBLIC HEARING: Application for a Conditional Use for an accessory structure larger than 1500 sq. ft. for Parcel #22-0753 located at 1527 E Little Sweden Rd and possible approval following the public hearing 5. Discussion of goals to be accomplished at the Daniel Town Hall Meeting scheduled for August 26th at 6 PM at the Charleston Town Hall, 3454 W 3400 S, Charleston, UT 6. Planner Report for July 2026 7. Approval of Minutes - July 17, 2026, meeting 8. Training as needed- Permit Flow Chart 9.
