Review and discuss proposed amendments to 24.16 of the Willard City Zoning Code regarding off-street parking requirements (continued from September 3, 2026) c. Review conditional use permit issued to Blair Dean on September 23, 2005, for a single-family dwelling on sensitive land located at approximately 155 South Spring Street (Parcel No. 02-050-0077), (previously reviewed on December 7, 2023) d. Discussion regarding regulations for lot widths and setbacks for cul-de-sac lots found in 24.44.050(3) and 24.80.130(B)[2] of the Willard City Code 6. Consideration and approval of regular Planning Commission minutes for September 3, 2026 7. Discussion regarding agenda items for the October 1, 2026, Planning Commission meeting 8.
