- TOWN OF MANILA PLANNING AND ZONING REGULAR MEETING 145 E HWY 43 THURSDAY OCTOBER 1ST, 2026 @ 5:30PM AGENDA MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: PRESENT: ABSENT: GUESTS: MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING: Minutes from 9-3-2026: Regular meeting. RESULTS: OLD BUSINESS: Don Leclaire was requesting a building permit for an out building on 244 E. 4th N.. Dennis made the motion to approve Dons Plot Map, Randal Seconded. NEW BUSINESS: NONE. No meeting will be held in October Due to no new business SCHEDULE NEXT MEETING AND ADJOURN: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting shall notify Mattee Forbes at the Town office (435-784-3143), at least 24 hours before meeting.
