Approval of Kade Allred to be a volunteer for Search and Rescue. NOTIFICATION Commissioner Keven Jensen has selected Jan Olsen as variable part time Confidential Assistant with pro rate retirement working 20-29 hours per week. Wage Grade 14 @ $21.26 ph. Discussion Items Items pulled from the consent agenda Presentation by Niki Allred regarding the Community Assessment Report for the One Direction Prevention Coalition Ratification of signing MOU between Emery County and the State of Utah Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands regarding compensation for wildfire services Discuss/Approve/Deny issuance of Notice of Award for the Professional Services-Commercial Renovations to Huntington Branch Library RFP Discuss/Approve/Deny issuance of Notice of Award for the Professional Services-Commercial Renovations to Castle Dale Branch Library RFP Discuss/Approve/Deny emergency declaration related to recent flooding events Discuss/Approve/Deny Plan of action regarding construction of catch basins or other emergency watershed protection infrastructure Discuss/Approve/Deny a Resolution amending Resolution 11-18-25A establishing the disbursement of State PILT Funds Discuss/Approve/Deny contract between Emery County and Clean Cut Roofing & Siding for work at the Sheriff's Office Building in Green River Discuss/Approve/Deny proposed Rural County Grant Projects for 2027 Discuss/Approve/Deny a Resolution Amending Title 7, Chapter 8, Section 1 of the Emery County Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual Elected Official Reports Adjourn Any other business that may regularly come before The Board.
