Discussion and Consideration: Drainage and Utility easement on the West side of Harpers Landing Subdivision. Discussion: Procedure for a one lot split of parcel number 01-0005-0286. Currently a 40 acre parcel. Old Business: 6. Building Permit Report 7. Land Use Violations 8. Accessory Dwelling Unit ordinance update 9. Use changes in Residential and Commercial zones update. 10.
