Discuss and potentially approve a resolution of the Sanpete County Commission, State of Utah, to ask registered voters in the November 2026 Election whether Sanpete County shall impose a healthcare and emergency services- including an E911 system- sales and use tax of up to one percent to be used as allowed by State statute. Stacey Lyon: Approval of Claims; Approval of Finances; Approval to pay Kimball & Roberts invoice; Approval to pay Precision Collision Repair invoice. Kylie Garff: Approval of County credit card for Children's Justice Center Director. Sheriff Jared Buchanan: Approval to pay ShieldViewAI for task force subscription. Tom Seely: Approval to pay grader repair invoice. Approval of Right-of-Way application for Enbridge Gas to install gas main on 18250 N (500 South & 600 W) Mt. Pleasant to serve a new subdivision. Approval of Right-of-Way application for Terry R. Brotherson Excavating remove existing irrigation culvert and install a new 28' HDPE irrigation pipe crossing at 19640 N. Mountainville Hwy (NE of Mt. Pleasant). Talisha Johnson: Approval to pay US Imaging final invoice for scanning project. Maradee Peterson & Sharon Bullard representing R6 Senior Nutrition Program: Discussion and potential approval to sign the MOU for Senior Nutrition. Jeff Tanner & Faylyn Warnick representing Sanpete Economic Opportunity Advisory Board: Discussion and potential approval of Rural County Grant Funds for FY2027. Kay Jensen representing Sub for Santa: Discussion and potential approval to use the old exhibition building for Sub for Santa from October 2026 to January 2027. Heidi Sorensen: Discussion and possible signing for a 1-lot Small Subdivision (King Subdivision) application by Garrett and Belle King. The proposed subdivision is located south of Axtell in the Agriculture Zone. Lot 1-5.00 acres. Parcel # S-11072X2; Discussion and possible signing for a 6-lot Major Subdivision (Grizzly Gulch Subdivision, Phase 1) application by Kris Jorgensen. The proposed subdivision is located south of Mt Pleasant in the RA-1 Zone. Lot 1-1.54 acres, Lot 2- 2.25 acres, Lot 3-2.25 acres, Lot 4-2.25 acres, Lot 5-2.23 acres and Lot 6-3.88 acres. Parcel # S-26268x1 and S-26268x2. Kevin Christensen: Ratify approval of Ernest Money sent to Professional Title Services in Manti for the purchase of approximately ninety-nine (99) acres for the Sanpete County Regional Airport. Linda Christiansen: Approval to pay Revver invoice for full license utilized by Clerk and Assessor (August 2026-August 2027); Approval to sign the Predator County Match Form (PDCF), effective July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027 Approval of Minutes. Closed Session (if necessary).
