- PARK CITY BOARD OF EDUCATION Park City School District Office 2700 Kearns Boulevard September 15, 2026 Closed Session 3:30 p.m. Regular Session 4:00 p.m. Additional information is available the Monday before each meeting at: http://www.boarddocs.com/ut/pcsd/Board.nsf/public Time allocated to each agenda item is approximate and subject to change. The Board may vote to meet in closed session for any of the purposes set forth in Section 52-4-205 of Utah's Open and Public Meetings Act Board members may be participating by telephone. AGENDA 1 Call to Order Pledge of Allegiance 2 Closed Session The Board will adjourn to Closed Session for the purpose of: a. A strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation b. Discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, or personnel 3 Monthly Reports Monthly reports will include relevant district level reports in addition to: Student on the Board Employee Group Reports 4 Discussion 4.1 Summer Project Updates Todd Hansen, Director of Building and Grounds, and Colby Pearce, Assistant Director of Building and Grounds, will provide a brief overview of the district-wide capital projects completed in preparation for the new school year. 4.2 Preliminary Enrollment Numbers Randy Upton, Business Administrator, will provide preliminary enrollment numbers. 4.3 Preschool Update Missy Tschabrun, Preschool Director, will give a brief overview of the Preschool Program. 4.4 PCEF Reaching New Heights Donor Wall Ingrid Whitley, PCEF Director, will share information regarding the Reaching New Heights Donor Wall to be constructed at Park City High School. 5 Consent Agenda Regular Session Minutes of August 25, 2026 Closed Session Minutes of August 25, 2026 LEA Specific Licensed Employees Travel Requests TSSA Framework Personnel Board Revenue and Expenditures of August 2026 6 Public Comment (5:00 PM) The Board of Education wants to hear live input from community members at our meetings. In order to respect and preserve the time allotted to each presenter on the agenda, each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes. Speakers representing a group will be limited to five (5) minutes. 7 Decision PCEF Donor Wall The Board has reviewed the proposal by PCEF for the construction of the Reaching New Heights Donor Wall at PCHS and they may now make a motion to accept the proposal. 8 Policies for Posting The following policies have been reviewed by the Policy Committee and they are now before the Board for posting. Policy 7176 Education Support Professional Evaluation (New Policy) 9 Policies for Adoption The following policies have been posted for the required 20-days, and they are now before the Board of adoption. Policy 5001 School Safety Personnel & Guardian Protocols Policy 5002 Classroom Safety & Emergency Alert Technology 10 Policy Procedure Updates The following policy procedures have been reviewed by the Policy Committee and updated. Policy 3013 Bullying, Cyberbullying, Harassment, Hazing... Policy 4005 Purchasing Policy 4010 Travel and Conference Reimbursement Policy 7040 Extra Duty Assignments Policy 10010 Student Enrollment Policy 10100 Safe Schools 11 Adjourn Notice: This meeting will be recorded (video and audio) and made available for one year on the district website (www.pcschools.us). In compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Lorie Pearce at 435-615-0225, at least three working days prior to the meeting.
