- Notice is hereby given that the Lewiston City Council will hold the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Tuesday, September 15th, 2026, in the Lewiston City Club Room at 29 South Main Street, which will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Opening Business & Ceremonies Call to Order. Opening Ceremonies by Jason Trexler. Resident comments on items not listed on the agenda. * Consent Agenda Approval of the minutes of the August 18th, 2026 meeting. Special Business & Presentations Councilmember Department Reports I. Jonna Westover - Fire Department, Roads, Youth Council II. Jason Trexler - Garbage, Library, Water III. Ned Simper - Animal Control, Mosquito Abatement, Theatre IV. John Morrison - Planning & Zoning, Sewer V. Fizz Bodily - Cemetery, CERT / Emergency Preparation, Events Council, Parks & Recreation Mayor's Report - City Party and Fire Station Open House update - Utility billing system transition update - Road Damage on 2000 South - Cache Fire Protection District Update Legislative & Fiscal Items Administrative Action & Discussion Items Discussion and vote to add Shannon Bair to the Library Board. Consideration and possible approval to declare two broken mowers and one broken sweeper as surplus property. Discussion regarding City legal representation and possible consideration of alternative legal services. Adjourn. Next City Council meeting scheduled for October 20th, 2026.
