- Opening Business & Ceremonies Call to Order. Opening Ceremonies by Jonna Westover. Resident comments on items not listed on the agenda. Consent Agenda Approval of the minutes from the July 21st, 2026 meeting. Special Business & Presentations Councilmember Department Reports I. Jonna Westover - Fire Department, Roads, Youth Council II. Jason Trexler - Garbage, Library, Water III. Ned Simper - Animal Control, Mosquito Abatement, Theatre IV. John Morrison - Planning & Zoning, Sewer V. Fizz Bodily - Cemetery, CERT / Emergency Preparation, Events Council, Parks & Recreation Mayor's Report - Caselle Online Dashboard Demo - Discussion - Cemetery Resident Definition and Property Ownership Legislative & Fiscal Items Discussion and vote on Employee Handbook Policy Update. Administrative Action & Discussion Items Appoint Public Works Director. Closed Executive Session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property - UCA 52-4-205 (1) (d) - Requires an open-court motion and a 2/3 majority vote to enter. No formal voting acts may occur behind closed doors. Reconvene. Possible vote on purchase, exchange, or lease of real property. Adjourn. Next City Council meeting scheduled for September 15th, 2026.
