- Notice is hereby given that the Mayor and Members of Town Council will hold a Town Council work meeting on Wednesday the 16th day of September 2026 at 5:30PM The Town Council meeting will be held at the Torrey Town Office located at 75 E 100 N. Note the agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order. The agenda shall be as follows: 5:30PM, Town Council Work Meeting Administrative Business: Opening Remarks Roll Call: Excused: Conflict of Interest: Apple Days Review Special Service District 1, Grant Adjourn:
