- I. Call to Order Welcome & Introductions II. Administrative Items (3 minutes) - Approval of Minutes: Review and vote to approve the minutes from the previous meeting. III. Governance Actions (10 minutes) - Approval of Warrants/Checks o West Warren-Warren Water Improvement District o Civic Plus o Calene Ingram o Amy Coleman - Master Plan Adoption/Approval o Comments need to be submitted by September 7th for approval on September 14th. - Park Rental/Bounce House Approval for Farm Bureau Fall Festival- Bren Edwards o September 26, 3-10 p.m. o Bounce Houses, Liability Limit - Mosquito Days o Flood irrigation and sprinkler schedule o Field Day Activities Budget $150 of donated funds $850 for rodeo IV. Park Operations & Maintenance (20-30 minutes) - Maintenance Updates o Whiskey Arena Riding Club selected the announcer's booth stairs for their service project. Future Projects V. Public Comment VI. Adjournment
