- NOTICE AND AGENDA SOUTH OGDEN CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2026- 5PM Notice is hereby given that the regularly scheduled City Council Work Session for September 15, 2026, at 5:00pm has been cancelled due to lack of agenda items. The City Council meeting will take place at 6:00pm as scheduled. NOTICE AND AGENDA (Amended) SOUTH OGDEN CITY COUNCIL MEETING TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2026- 6 PM Notice is hereby given that the South Ogden City Council will hold their regularly scheduled council meeting at 6 pm Tuesday, September 15, 2026. The meeting will be located at City Hall, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden, Utah, 84403, in the city council chambers. The meeting is open to the public; anyone interested is welcome to attend. Some members of the council may be attending the meeting electronically. The meeting will also be streamed live via www.youtube.com/@southogdencity. CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA I. OPENING CEREMONY A. Call to Order - Mayor Russell Porter B. Prayer/Moment of Silence - C. Pledge of Allegiance - Council Member Doug Stephens II. RECOGNITION OF EMPLOYEES A.
