Adopt Agenda - By Motion 4. Approve minutes of June 10, 2026, Public Hearing and Regular Meeting - By Motion 5. Discuss and make decision regarding constructing a road for new water tank and decide if we want to contract it out or rent equipment and do it ourselves - By Motion 6. Review bids for Water Improvement Project and award the contract for the water tank and water pipeline installation - By Motion 7. Mayor's Report - Dakota Veater 8. Water Department Report - Mike Abbott 9. Power/Fire Department Reports - Travis Isaacson 10. Cemetery/Planning & Zoning Reports - Marge Cipkar a) Review and make decision concerning Ordinance 26-4, an ordinance clarifying activities that are exempt from requiring a building permit - By Motion 11. Roads/Park/Building Reports - Todd Memmott 12. Open Discussion 13.
