- IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 5:30 PM at Festival Hall located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The hearing is to receive public comment on an application for a Minor Subdivision Plat - 'New Harmony Ridge Minor Subdivision' (1 Lot) - located at approximately 1775 S Old Hwy 91, Kanarraville, Utah. Applicant: New Harmony Ridge, LC, c/o Jared Holt Approximately 20.00 acres located within the NE1/4 of Section 9, T38S, R12W, SLB&M, Iron County, UT (APN: E-0406-0003-0000). Property zoned A-20. All interested persons are invited to attend. Persons having questions or comments concerning this item may contact the Iron County Building/Zoning and Planning Department at (435) 865-5350.
