- Agenda Town of Leeds Town Council Wednesday, September 9, 2026 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Leeds Town Council will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Leeds Town Hall, 218 N. Main Street, Leeds, UT 84746. If you are interested in participating remotely via Google Meets, please contact Town Hall at 435-879-2447 or email the clerk@leeds.utah.gov for Google Meets details. Regular Meeting 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Invocation 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Declaration of Abstentions or Conflicts 5. Consent Agenda: a. Tonight's Agenda September 9, 2026 b. Meeting Minutes of August 12, 2026 6. Announcements: a. Dumpster Days September 11 & 12 on Cherry Lane b. 9/11 Remembrance & Flag Retirement Ceremony, Friday, September 11 @ 7:30 pm c. Cookout Dinner Friday, September 18 in Town Park Peach Pit Pavilion 6:30 pm 7. Special Presentation a. Firewise USA - Javen Lambertson & Chief Dave Harmon 8. Constitution Week Proclamation 9. Public Comments: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 10. Public Hearings: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION Nate Blake - Private Cemetery on Rural Residential Lot 11. Discussion and Possible Action Items: a. City Inspect Digital Tracking Software for Permits & Inspections b. Update Budget reducing Park Equipment from $10,000 to $8,000 and increasing Park Maintenance from $1,000 to $3,000 and reducing Bookkeeper Wages from $40,500 to $32,200 and increasing Administration Dues & Subscriptions from $3,000 to $11,300 12. Discussion Items a. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION Nate Blake - Private Cemetery on Rural Residential Lot b. Three Peaks to Purgatory Transmission Line c. Rental of Public Works Space 13. Staff Reports 14. Public Comment No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 10. A Closed Session may be held pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-204 & 205 upon request. 11. Adjournment The Town of Leeds will provide reasonable accommodations for persons needing assistance to participate in this public meeting.
