Mayor John Chartier conducting. (Note: The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) Town Council Meeting 6:00 p.m. I. Business Considerations A. Roll Call B. Opening Remarks C. Pledge of Allegiance D. Citizen input - Limited to three minutes per comment II. Council Business A. Approval of minutes B. Approval of warrant register C. Consider adopting Ordinance #2026-03, adopting the updated consolidated fee schedule III. Department Business A. Parks & Buildings B. Activities C. Cemetery D. Roads E. Water a. Water & Pump Usage Comparison Report b. Source Protection Update - Eric Nielsen, Maintenance Supervisor c. Cross Connection Update - Eric Nielsen, Maintenance Supervisor IV. Youth Council Business V. Other Business VI. CLOSED SESSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION A. Consideration of a motion to enter into a Closed Session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation pursuant to Utah Code ยง 52-4-205(1)(c), including matters related to the Town's eminent domain proceedings. B. Return to Open Session. C. Consideration and possible action regarding how to proceed with the Town's eminent domain matter. VII.
