- Notice and Agenda Brigham City Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, September 15, 2026 6:00 PM City Council Chambers, 20 North Main Pledge of Allegiance Approval of Minutes Public Hearing Application #26-081 / Amend Brigham City Code, Chapter 156 Zoning, Multiple Use, Agricultural and Rural Residential Districts / Modify Use Categories and Use Types / Brigham City Corporation Each individual comment is limited to 3 minutes. Training CivicPlus Board Portal Training - Account Setup and Accessing Agendas and Meeting Packets In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids and services for this meeting should contact the ComDev Administrative Assistant (435) 734-6604 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting. Certificate of Posting The above notice and agenda were posted in three places within Brigham City Limits. A copy was also provided to the Box Elder News Journal and posted on the City Website and the State Public Meeting Notice website on September 3, 2026.
