- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Monday June 1, 2026 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall. The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the May 19, 2026 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Planning and zoning recommendation for property rezoning 3. 5:15 Pool 4. 5:25 Employee raises 5. 5:35 Chelsea Thompson: 4th of July 6. 5:40 2027 Budget review, Set date for budget hearing 7. 5:55 Pay bills 8. 6:00 Other business: Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
