Public Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council (limited to 3 minutes) 2. Consent Items. a. Minutes of August 11, 2026, August 20, 2026 and August 25, 2026 (open & closed). b. Bills of Pleasant View City. 3. General Plan. Presentation from Wasatch Regional Front Council (WRFC) regarding the city's General Plan update. 4. Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) - Public Hearing. Consideration of new zoning regulations regarding standards for Accessory Dwelling Units in residential zones, Ordinance 2026-24. (Presenter: Andrea Steiniger) 5. Vehicle replacement proposal. Discussion and consideration to purchase two new police vehicles. (Presenter: Stetson Talbot) 6. Flock Camera. Discussion on Flock camera. (Presenter: Stetson Talbot) 7. Land Use Code Updates. Discussion and direction for land use and code updates (minor subdivision requirements, compliance with State Code, timelines in State Code and give direction to the planning commission). 8. Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, commencing at 6:00 PM. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Pleasant View City Office at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The City Council at its discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
