- September 10, 2026 Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Lake Point Improvement District will hold its regular scheduled business meeting on September 10, 2026 beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Broken Arrow Conference Room, 8960 Clinton Landing Road, Lake Point, Utah. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to Order 2. Public Concerns 3. Approval of Minutes 4. Finances 5. Zions Bank Rate Study 6. Operations: a. Performance report - weekly influent sampling b. Lagoon Operation Performance c. Lift Stations 7. Construction projects and repairs a. Aerators b. Chlorine shed 8. Aerator Expansion project 9. Regional sewer treatment plant consideration 10. Other District Business or Trustee Concerns 11. Adjournment
