Discussion on site plan amendment North Valley Bible Church located at approximately 2224 North Highway 89. 2. Discussion on final plat approval for Lomond Heights Phase 2B located at approximately 1801 North Highway 89. 3. Discussion on final plat approval for Lomond Heights Phase 2D located at approximately 1801 North Highway 89. 4. Discussion on potential commercial / residential development on Parcels #17-066-0010, #17-066-0062, and #17-066-0049 located at approximately 2440 North Highway 89. 5. Discussion on potential drone service at Walmart located at approximately 534 North Harrisville Road. 6. Discussion on potential commercial development on Parcel #11-038-0007 located at approximately 431 North Harrisville Road. 7. Continuing Projects. Certificate of Posting and Notice I, the Deputy Recorder of Harrisville City, Utah, certify that the foregoing Planning Commission agenda was posted according to UCA ยง52-4-103(7) and can be found at City Hall, on the City's website www.harrisvillecity.gov, and at the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov. Audio of this meeting can be found on the city's YouTube channel of @HarrisvilleCity1962 and at the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website at http://pmn.utah.gov. Notice of this meeting has also been duly provided as required by law. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Harrisville City will make reasonable accommodations for participation in the meeting.
