- PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5, 2026 - 6:00 P.M. PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS 35 EAST 100 NORTH, PAROWAN, UTAH 84761 1. Call to Order 2. Declaration of Conflicts by Commission Members with Any Agenda Item 3. Approval of Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes from July 15, 2026 4. Public Comment 5. PUBLIC HEARING: The Planning and Zoning Commission will receive public comments regarding a proposed zone change to the parcel of property located at 825 W and 100 S, owned by PCP Trust, LLC (Parcel #A-0026-0027-0000). The property owner has requested a change from Agricultural Zoning (A-l) to Residential 2 (R-2). 6. Possible Recommendation to City Council on Zone Change to R-2 for Parcel ##A-0026-0027-0000 7. Discuss New Sign Code and Possibly Schedule Public Hearing 8. Conditional Use Permit - Painted Hills RV Sign 9. Member Reports 10.
