- IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, September 15, 2026 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 85 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing regarding a recommendation to approve a Concurrent Map Amendment from LDR (Low-Density Residential) Land Use to MDR (Medium-Density Residential) and HDR (High-Density Residential); and RC (Resort Commercial) and RE-25 (Residential Estates Minimum lot size 25,000 sq ft) Zone with PD Overlay (Planned Development to RE-12.5 (Residential Estates Minimum lot size 12,500 sq ft) and R-1-3 (Residential, Minimum lot size 3,000 sq ft) and RC (Resort Commercial) Zone on approximately 63.94 acres overall. Applicant/Owner: AnA Enterprise, LLC-Owner. Lance Anderson-Applicant. Property Location: Approximately Guy Lane and Fitness Way.
