- Tremonton City Corporation City Council Meeting August 18, 2026 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street Tremonton, Utah CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP AGENDA 5:00 p.m. 1. CLOSED MEETING: a. Strategy session to discuss the purchase of real property when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration or prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms; and/or b. Strategy session to discuss the character, professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual; and/or c. Strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and/or d. Discussions regarding security personnel, devices or systems 2. Call to Order and Declaration of Conflict of Interest 3. Council Reports and Updates - 15 minutes 4. Presentations: a. Title: Discussion of RES 26-50 and RFP for Emergency Medical Services Presenter: Jeff Jarrow Estimated Time: 7 minutes b. Let's keep this conversation productive so we can get back to the work of building a better Tremonton. 2. Priority: Speakers who registered on the signup sheet at the door prior to the meeting will be called in order. Citizens from the audience will then have time to speak. 3. Time Limit: 3 minutes per individual 4. Response: Under State Law, the Council cannot debate or take action on non-agenda items. We will listen and may direct staff to follow up. 7.
