- CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA Notice is given that the Farmington City Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday, August 18 2026 at City Hall 160 South Main, Farmington, Utah at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers. This meeting is open to the public. Citizens may attend in person, or participate virtually via Zoom at the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86005544531 or go to zoom.us > select JOIN A MEETING > Meeting ID: 860 0554 4531. Instructions for Virtual Participants Wishing to Make Public Comment When it is time for the public hearing, virtual participants must utilize the 'Raise Hand' feature to signal their intention to provide public comment. This is done by clicking the 'Reactions' or 'React' button on Zoom's toolbar, and selecting 'Raise Hand.' Virtual participants who do not raise their hand using the 'Raise Hand' feature will neither be acknowledged nor given the floor. If you wish to email a comment for the public hearings, you may do so to dcarlile@farmington.utah.gov CALL TO ORDER: - Invocation - Brigham Mellor, City Manager - Pledge of Allegiance - Melissa Layton, Councilmember PUBLIC HEARING: - Public hearing regarding the proposed FY 2027 property tax increase. Public comment is limited to approximately three (3) minutes per participant.
