Main St. Suite 2 Grantsville, Utah 84029 And via Microsoft Teams ACCESS: To attend via Microsoft Teams Videoconference, use the link below: https://teams.microsoft.com/meet/289821002693587?p=Gx2RO6PB5jxYmXcDfU To attend via telephone, dial 720-547-5281 and enter Conference ID: 137 332 566# Board of Trustees Tom Clark Chair Mark Nickless Vice-Chair Ryan Hoggan Clerk Shaun Johnson Treasurer Josh Brgoch Finance Director PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Boards of Trustees (the 'Boards'), of Deseret Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-16 (the 'Districts'), will hold a meeting of the Boards on the 3rd day of September, 2026, commencing at 8:00 a.m., at 183 E. Main St. Suite 2 Grantsville, Utah 84029 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda: I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Public Comment. Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District that are otherwise not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person. C. Review and consider approval of minutes from the July 16, 2026 Board meeting (enclosure). II. FINANCIAL MATTERS III. LEGAL MATTERS A. Review and consider approval of bids for construction contracts. B. Additional actions and considerations related to the Districts' requests for proposals. Identify how/if CLA can provide administrative support. C. Review and consider approval of purchase of ROW and open space. IV. OTHER BUSINESS A. Discuss inquiry from bidjudge.com regarding Mack Canyon Road Improvements Turnkey Construction (enclosure). V. ADJOURNMENT The next regular meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
