- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Work Meeting on Monday, August 24, 2026. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm. The meeting will be held at 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah 84628. ROLL CALL: DISCUSSION ITEMS: 1. Shay Morrison, Community Advisor. 2. Dan Fechner, City Engineer. 3. Andy Camarena Surplus Land Purchase. 4. WUI Ordinance & Map. 5. Water Tank Inspection and Cleaning. 6. Discussion on Aureus (Utah Retirement Systems) Reporting Software. 7. City Vehicle: SUV Repair or Surplus and Purchase. 8. Street Signs, Sidewalk and Cemetery Memorial Project. 9. Growth and Development: Data Center, Power Plant, Homes and Recreational Facilities. 10. Recreation Committee: A. Review of Town Celebration. 11. Review of Consent Agenda Items: A. Minutes from August 10, 2026, Council Meeting. 12. ADJOURNMENT.
