- Emery County Recreation SSD Agenda Location: Green River Date: 08/10/2026 Time: 7:00pm Agenda Items: Roll call for Board Members in attendance Approval of previous meeting minutes Discussion/Approval of Fall/Winter Wiffle Ball league. Discussion/Approval of cost and purchase of new chairs and rubber mulch. Discussion- Musco Lighting cost estimate to replace complex lighting. Discussion/Approval-Consideration of compensation or bonus for Interim Recreation Director. Discussion/Approval of Consulting fee for Shawnee Snow. Discussion- Discussion regarding the potential hiring of an external financial consultant for the Recreation Department. Financial report and Approval of Bills for Payment Upcoming events and Board Member Concerns Chairman Comments. Closed/executive session (as needed) to discuss attorney/client communications regarding litigation or other matter allowed by law.
