- Joint NIBLEY CITY COUNCIL and NIBLEY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA Thursday, April 27, 2023 - 6:30 p.m. In accordance with Utah Code Annotated 52-4-207 and Nibley City Resolution 12-04, this meeting may be conducted electronically.
