Work Items: Financial Report Interlocal Agreement Dutch John Water and Sewer Interlocal Agreement Dutch John Airport Business Meeting, 7:00PM: Call to Order / Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Consent Agenda The Consent portion of the Agenda is a means of expediting routine matters that must be acted on by the Council. All items approved will be done by one undebatable motion passed unanimously. Any item may be removed for debate on request of any Council member. Items removed from the Consent portion become the first item of business of the regular agenda. Minutes of meeting: August 12, 2026 and August 19, 2026 Expenditures: Voucher List Correspondence: Committee / Staff Reports Mayor's Report Volunteer Fire Department Planning and Zoning Building and Grounds Cemetery Freedom Festival: July 4, 2026 America 250 Utah Celebration Public Comment Limited to 3 minutes per individual or group spokesperson. Members of the public may address the Town Council on matters that are not listed on the meeting agenda. The Council cannot discuss or take legal action on any matters during the Public Comment, unless the matters are properly noticed for discussion and legal action. To request items be placed on an agenda, individuals should contact the Mayor at least three days prior to the meeting. All Town Council meetings are recorded.
